My secret to finding the best programmers
I follow a unique hiring methodology invented by a well known recruiter in US by the name of Lou Adler. It is a psycho-scientific method called POWER Hiring. My expertise in this hiring methodology is reason enough for any company to hire my programmers. Using this methodology I am able to consistently hire top performers. POWER Hiring virtually guarantees that only the best candidates are selected.
But it wasn't that easy. It took me years to truly master the concepts of this hiring technique. I did make mistakes in the beginning. But after interviewing hundreds of programmers using this methodology then monitoring their performance over a period of time, I have perfected the art of hiring the best programmers.
I think this is one of the main reasons for my success in the PHP programming field. The success of any company depends on the people who work for it. My ability to consistently attract and hire the best talent has helped me and my clients greatly.
I accept minimum 6 months contracts
I accept minimum 6 months contracts for atleast one fulltime programmer. You know, great programmers are not found commonly. I have to study almost 100 resumes and interview atleast 10 of them before I find one who's really good. This restricts the number of clients I can sign up. To avoid being inundated with work requests, I insist on working with clients who can hire atleast one programmer for a minimum 6 months period. It doesn't have to be one long 6-months project. It could be several small projects over a period of 6 months or more.

Into The Blue is one of the UK's largest experiences and experience gift companies. From humble beginnings, selling flying lessons our range of experiences has grown to over 500 activities. We recently re-designed our website to show our activities in a clearer way to our visitors and needed a competent programming company to enhance our systems, build more features in to our admin system and to add more features to the activity pages of our website.
